• REGISTRATION FEE
  Until August 1, 2003
  Early registration
  IOF member: 450 €
  Full registration (non member): 550 €
   
  From August 2 to October 22, 2003
  IOF member: 500 €
  Full registration (non member): 600 €
   
  On site registration: 700 €
   
  The registration fee includes:
  - Attendance to all conference sessions
  - Conference programme and abstract book
  - Coffee and tea during official breaks
  - Entry to the exhibition
  - Tickets to the welcome party
   
• GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR REGISTRATION
   
CANCELLATION
Cancellations must be made in writing to K.I.T. GmbH.
Up to September 1, 2003, a refund of 50% of the fee will be made.
There will be no refunds for cancellations received after this date.
All refunds will be processed after the congress. Substitutions may be made until October 1, 2003 in writing to K.I.T. GmbH and will be subject to a 50 € administrative fee.
 
PAYMENT
Payment in EURO (€) should be made with the registration by one of the following means:
1. Credit card (Visa or Mastercard/Eurocard). Please complete the charge authorisation section on the registration form.
2. Bank to bank transfer in EURO to K.I.T. GmbH. All transfer charges are prepaid by the transmitter. Please indicate "ECCEO4", your name and company on all money transfers.

Abstracts submission

 
• ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION ONLY

 
Participants are invited to submit electronic abstracts (written in English) on one of the main topics of the Congress.
 
Congress registration by at least one author is essential. Correspondence and further information will be sent to the address given on the abstract form.
 

• The deadline for abstract submission is July 31, 2003

All contributors will be notified of their acceptance by September 01, 2003
 

• Abstract instructions (Electronic submission only)


1. All the abstracts must be submitted in English.
2. Standard abbreviations must be used. Other abbreviations must be defined in brackets after the first use of the word.
3. The title should be in capitals.
4. Author’s names and affiliation(s) should follow, on a new line.
5. The abstract should be organised as follows: Objective(s), material and methods, results and conclusion(s).
6. The font should be in Times New Roman, size 12.
7. The abstract should be maximum one page A4.
8. Please send a copy of the abstract in word format by mail (in attachment) at nice@piettecommunication.com, as style can't be retained by the website
